5. Payment Terms
Fees for our services are as quoted and agreed upon in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elite Nexus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Elite Nexus AI is committed to respecting your communication preferences. You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from us at any time using either of the methods below. Opting out does not affect transactional or service-related communications necessary to fulfill your active service agreement.
